Terms of Use
These terms cover use of Chalkboard while access remains invite-only.
Responsible use
Use Chalkboard for lawful pool-practice and match journaling. Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, inspect another person’s private data, upload harmful material, or use content you do not have permission to use.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You allow Chalkboard to store, process, and display it only as needed to provide the app and actions you request, such as playback, export, or sharing.
Optional feedback
Feedback is optional. Chalkboard may use submitted suggestions to improve the product without owing compensation, while private journal content remains subject to the Privacy Notice.
Service availability
Features may change, fail, or be removed during the beta. Keep exports of information you cannot afford to lose. Chalkboard is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose.
Ending access
You may stop using Chalkboard at any time and request deletion. Access may be suspended for misuse, security risk, or conduct that threatens the service or another user.
