Chalkboard is an invite-only pool journal. This notice explains the information used to operate the closed beta.
Account email, optional profile details, sessions, notes, scores, diagrams, photos, private recordings, uploaded footage, saved links, drills, presets, feedback, support messages, and beta application answers.
To provide and synchronize the journal, create exports, troubleshoot problems, respond to requests, protect the service, and improve the closed beta.
Uploaded photos, footage, voice memos, and Library images are stored privately and use temporary authenticated links for viewing, playback, download, export, or deliberate sharing. YouTube attachments store a link or video identifier and timestamps; Chalkboard does not download the YouTube video.
Chalkboard records authenticated app opens, session starts, note saves, and session finishes. Error monitoring stores an error class, irreversible local fingerprint, app route, version, and time. It does not store note text, media contents, opponent names, drill content, or other journal content.
Hosting, database, authentication, storage, security, and delivery providers help operate Chalkboard. Information is not sold. It may be disclosed when needed to operate the service, investigate abuse, protect users, or comply with a valid legal obligation.
Account data is kept while the account is active and as needed to operate and protect the beta. You can export supported data and request deletion. Identity is verified before a deletion request is completed.
